Master Chief armor and MA5B accessory for the MODULYR figure system. The armor was adapted from Marcus Lehto's MkV redesign.
This design uses the same system as my original MODULYR Figure.
MODULYR - a poseable action figure built on the thought of modularity in customization and ease of remixing. It has 26 points of articulation for pose-ability and display. Using an attachment key system to attach armor pieces to the base figure, it enables all pieces to be support free.

Video Guide for Printing and Assembly
Printing and Assembly Written Guide
The figure is printed in pieces, which need to be assembled. On the Bambu Studio 3mf slicer file, one build plate has the base pieces, and the other plate has the armor pieces.
The base pieces need to be printed in PETG or ABS for the sake of flexibility on the joints.
The armor pieces can be printed in almost any filament as long as it isn't too soft like TPU.
Assembling the Base:
Take note:
The Hip and Shoulder piece look similar, but the Hip piece is longer
Keep the Attachment Key socket locations in mind;
The build plate side of the pieces are going to be the back of the figure or the inside of the arms / legs
The elbow sockets face the back of the figure, while the knee sockets face the front of the figure
Inserting the Attachment Keys:
Use the Attachment Key tool to fit the keys into the figure. Place an Attachment Key into the tool, and use your thumb to press the key into the socket on the figure.
Attaching the Armor pieces:
The Armor pieces can be slotted on once the Attachment Keys are inserted into the Base parts.
The MA5B gun is printed in halves and will need glue to assemble. Place the rectangular keys into place, then add a small amount of glue, and press the two halves together.
